HeadRead is a fresh producer duo composed of two well established DJ's and producers from Tallinn, Estonia. Timmy is their debut EP, consisting of tracks inspired by a years worth of gigs, after-parties and all the people the HeadRead guys have met. Numerous sleepless nights packed with a lot of fun and a bit of weirdness cramped into 3 rolling drum and bass tunes. The title track Timmy comes from an inhuman fondness of snakes and how people keep them as pets, uncanny. Chief Leila is all about 50s sci-fi movies and forbidden planets. And Samantha... oh Samantha, to be honest... everyone wants to be with her. To protect the identity of certain individuals the real names of the tracks have been switched with made up ones, all except Timmy the Tiger Python, props to Timmy!
